"First I want to state that I’ve been a patient here for at least 10 years!! Obviously, I’ve been content with the service. Second, I never post any comments of any business. But unfortunately, I have to leave one this time. I had booked an appointment almost a week before my appointment. One day before my appointment had called in to try to attempt to reschedule my appointment. I called several times but kept getting the answers machine. So after sever attempts during the day his assistant answered and advised that I wanted to reschedule. She put me on hold, then Dr. G came on the line and explained that 22 mins had passed from my 24 hrs cancellation. I advised that I did not want to cancel I wanted to reschedule. He advised is the same thing. If I reschedule he would have to charge me $40 and he would bill me for it. Then I told him that I’m not certain if I can make it. He told me that unless I don’t make my appointment he WILL charge me $40. After saying that, he advised he had a patient waiting and he did not have time to continue the conversation and literally hung up the phone. So the day of the appointment I showed up as scheduled. Dr. G calls my name, and seems shameful and embarrassed on what just has happened. Not even apologizing for the way the call went the day prior. He bluntly, told me he went ahead and canceled my appointment with my confirmation. He went ahead and accused me for not telling in time that I want to keep my appointment. Not only that, he noticed I was upset with his lack of apathy. He became very angry and told me that I could go somewhere else. You know I couldn’t believe how his resolution was to get rid of me. I have to tell you, I’ve never been so embarrassed and humiliated in from of clients and his staff they way this inconsiderate individual could treat a a decade long patient the way he did! I told him I will write a review about his business and without a care in the world he said GO AHEAD!!! So for whomever would like to consider him for your dentistry services. Keep it mind he doesn’t care about you nor your well-being. Shameful"

"Worst Cleaning and service I’ve ever received. Seems he was not happy I declined x-rays, and attempted to cancel my appointment, suggesting I come back another time. Guess he wanted to bill my insurance for unnecessary services. Dr. Gradishar hit my front teeth several times with the metal cleaning instruments causing pain. My teeth did not feel clean and smooth after the cleaning, nor did he floss my teeth, which is standard with a cleaning. I do not recommend this Dentist! Tons of other dentistries in the area that provide better service and treatment!"

He's also very hands-on in researching your insurance coverage and explaining the cost of services. We may not always like the answer, but there are never any last minute surprises. That's appreciated!"

"Every visit of mine has been great. Dr. Gradishar explained everything I needed to know about my teeth. He even took the time to explain my insurance and cost which was the first time I've ever had a dentist help me. He is very direct about what's best for me (including oral health, cost, and insurance) and did an amazing job on my teeth. All of the assistants are nice and extremely helpful. Everybody there seemed like they were looking out for my best interest. Even the oral health video in the waiting room was great. Highly recommend."
