"I currently live overseas and was in town for work. My implant crown unexpectedly came off. McLean Family Dentistry is currently my primary dentist, but they were unable to accommodate me outside of my constrained work presentation timeline due to being "double-booked". I've been going here for a few years now and have been happy with the work done so far (crowns/ cavities/ tooth restructuring/ cleanings), but was really disappointed that in a time of great need they were not flexible to help me out. I managed to find another dentist in the last minute that took care of my immediate dental need. I understand it's a business, but this recent experience said a lot to me regarding their stringency style and patient management. This may be enough for me to consider going elsewhere in the future!"
