Smiles of Sterling Dental Office

"I emailed the dentist but since nobody replied I want to share it here. I got fillings many two months ago and I'm still in a lot of pain. I have never bled so much. The dentist doesn't speak to you at all during the procedure so you don't feel comforted in the least. I'm told to raise my arm if I feel pain but when I raised it nothing changed. I also was told I need a root canal because something that happened at their office. When I asked if it was their fault I was told not to play the blame game. I don't want to play the blame game, I don't want to get a root canal. I've been going there since I was a kid, it's changed so much. I'm so sad about my experience. I was there two months ago. You cannot gaslight your clients. Maybe look up your emails!!!! Maybe respond to them!!!"

I especially enjoyed their online checkin where I was able to fill out paperwork before my appointment. All my other necessary paperwork was sent to me via email in a timely manner. When I arrived on the day of my appointment I was pleasantly surprised at how clean, inviting, and aesthetically pleasing the office was. I was seen at exactly my appointment time without delay. My cleaning was gentle and was given a lot of valuable information about my oral health and insurance. Everyone that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and sweet.
