"If you’re getting dentures. ***DO NOT COME HERE*** Like many others the original quote that was given was not the same as what they were trying to charge. The plate doesn’t fit the mouth the teeth aren’t aligned correctly there is about a 1/2 inch gap on the left side."

"I explicitly told them I didn't need the fluoride, but that's not the issue. They didn't even apply it, then they charged it on an old credit card that I can't find and told me you're good to go instead of notifying me of the charges. Instead, they were probably betting on me missing the email with the bill. They will cancel the payment now and lose a patient/more like a customer. I went there in person to ask for the charge to be waived but Jeff didn't bother talking to me and he didn't even care I canceled my future appointment. He's like OK! And then he replies with a generic stupid response."

"If you have a problem don’t come here! If you want to get your gums cleaned under anesthesia - this is your place. My husband and had our first visit last week and both were sold on expensive teeth cleaning that’s not covered by insurance while neither one of our tooth discomfort/pain issues was addressed. They repeat the gum cleaning spiel until you agree to the treatment and don’t want to discuss anything else. The doctor looked at images only and did not even attempt to look me in the mouth until I asked him to do so as my tooth was sensitive and I knew there was an issue. Both the doctor and the hygienist said I need deep gum cleaning on the left bottom side but when the manager came to discuss finances the invoice was made for the other side teeth! This only solidified my suspicion that all they are trying to do is sell me this cleaning. I’ve been in pain ever after the deep cleaning they did and cannot express my frustration with having to leave the dentist office with more pain (and potentially damage) than I originally came with. Update: went to an amazing practice in the same plaza and all that needed to be done is a 3 min filling shave-off. The new dentist also said NO deep cleaning is needed and I DO NOT have a “pocket”issue. Also read the Yelp reviews instead of these if you want the truth about Dentists of Sterling"
