"The issue I have is with the accounting department. Ever since Pal retired and management shifted the accounting has become completely incompetent. They started trying to bill me for things even my insurance company said I was not responsible for and did this repeatedly even after the insurance talked to them the first time. It took weeks to fix both times as getting in contact with someone was a problem and getting them to return calls with any information on the issue was also a hassle. There was also a charge for a weird screening for some reason even though I only ever went for the biannual cleanings. Update: to clarify things as some people do not have good reading comprehension, the issue was eventually resolved after my insurance company intervened on my behalf. My account balance was corrected and I will never use it then as a dentist again after what I went through."
