"I have been going to the dentist for 10 years. I have always been very happy with their work. Until today. My whole family came in for our appointment and I was advised by the front desk they are closed and I should have received notice. My husband nor I received a text, call or email about the closure. We drive 45 minutes to go here. No one even said sorry for the mix up. All they said was "you should have received notice". Mind you, they have no problem sending birthday emails and 19,000 confirmation texts about an appointment...but not a notice when THEY cancel your appointment."
