"I am VERY disappointed in this company. We didn't get any of the gifts we were promised, and the prices are no better than I can get on my own or with my local travel agent. I wish I could get my money back. This has been a total RIP off. I call and the phone number is invalid, emails bouncing back to me. Did this company go out of business and not tell us? I'm considering legal action against them."

"Tried to use them on three trips. They were no help at all, and prices they offered were no cheaper than hotel prices I got with the hotel rewards card. They always have you talk to someone new, leave voicemails asking you to call back but don't leave their number, phone support people were not knowledgeable. The only thing they are good at is pestering you to sign up for 5 more years, numerous phone calls and emails every week."

"This company had us go to a presentation. The presentation showed some great deals for vacation. We had to pay $2500 upfront, but asked to pay $500 on that day and the remaining in 2 weeks. They accepted. Two days later, after thinking about it, we decided that we wanted to cancel the contract. Per their contract, a customer is entitled to cancel the contract as well as receive their money back. I have called every day, and every day I have been told that the person in charge is not available. I have also been told that I would get a call back, this has never happened. I have yet to receive my money. I will pursue legal action."

"Service is bad, they WON'T return your call and you can't get the person you want to talk to, they are always busy a say they will return your call. Not happening. You have a contract that you sign but they don't follow their own contract when you have done everything on your side. Calling the Better Business Bureau tomorrow to complain. DO NOT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY again NEVER USE THIS COMPANY NOT WORTH."

"I got a post card in the mail and decided to go see what it was all about. After seeing the presentation I wanted to join but my wife almost talked me out of it. Our rep, Jay suggested that every time we wanted to travel I look up the trip with Best Value and she look up the same trip using any online search engine she wanted to. Well I got the better deal with Best Value Getaways 100% of the time. I'm really glad we joined. And now so is my wife. Happy wife happy life."
