"I have been taking all 3 of my children to Dr. Nur for all of their dental needs. Dr. Nur and all of the dental assistants are super friendly and great with children. They are very patient and reassuring with the children and make them feel comfortable. The front desk has always been very polite and friendly to us. We love this dental office!!"

"We really like Dr. Nur and the hygienists and have gone to this practice since Dr Kline owned it; however have had to recently change to a new dentist due to scheduling difficulties. Both of my kids were scheduled for a Monday during the summer. My husband received a cancellation text the week before the appt. When I called to inquire why, the lady at the desk was confused because she said they don’t schedule on Mondays during summer. When I asked her to please check the record, she said oh yes, someone scheduled you by mistake. I asked when we could please be put on the calendar she said late August due to Dentist vacation and a full calendar, which would have run us into back to school conflicts. This is the second summer we have had scheduling difficulties with this practice. It’s really logistically difficult for working parents to manage these changing appointments and time off. I called another local dentist and they got my kids in the next week. At a minimum I would have hoped Main Street would have called to offer priority rescheduling given their error. Again, the dentist himself is great but office experience is frustrating."

"First few visits have been great however recently they had my son scheduled for an appointment on Monday, sent me texts and everything show up and no Dentist they claim they haven't had Dentist on Monday for months but no one bothered to cancel the appointment. Reschedule for that Wednesday 11am. I check in and wait. Watch as everyone else gets walked back even a 11:15 appointment. Ask well ours is 11am. Oh their computers aren't working right they had no idea we checked in. Not sure what's going on but it takes things from a 5 star to a 3 star drop any more and we are looking for a new pediatric dentist."

"I was there on July 12, 2022 with my 11yr. old daughter (who's prev dental experience was unpleasant). Debbie did the cleaning and the dental assistant did the x-rays. They were both amazing. They made my daughter feel so relaxed and special. The dentist was good as well. Special thanks to you all."
