"The rest of the staff and the dentist is actually pleasant with the exception of the front desk person/receptionist who carelessly and loudly discussed my plan of treatment as if the provider is unaware of the plan. I am giving a 1 star review because proper etiquette with patient information should be observe carefully.....I felt personally violated when the receptionist discussed my personal business carelessly. Without her noticing I am still in the vicinity listening to her rant, and comfortably disclosing/gossiping about my treatment plan to another staff. Being in a health care profession, one should be cautiously aware on how a patient treatment should be discussed, it should always be privately, much more if the actual patient is the one listening to the careless action. Very unprofessional and a HIPAA violation. I will be changing provider and will be cancelling all scheduled appointments with the rest of my family....very disappointed..."

"I was greeted by a lovely, smiling receptionist who was very conscientious in updating my information. Then Brittany, the best hygienist I believe I have ever had ( I have very sensitive teeth and gums) was thorough, fun and a joy to be around. Highly recommend!!!!"

"From the second I walked in to the second I left, every person in the office is WONDERFUL. Kim did exactly what I asked for and have been dreaming of. I have been to multiple dentists and I felt they made my issue worse. Kim took her time and fixed my front teeth to how I remember them. The assistant was just as understanding and sweet. "This community dental practice is highly recommended, my experience was outstanding. I needed an invasive procedure, and Dr. Elliott and her wonderful assistant Betty-Anne explained the procedures carefully, putting my mind at rest, and performed the procedure painlessly, and comfortably. Everything about this practice puts my mind at ease and makes me smile - from the comfortable leather chairs in the reception to Diane's happy smiling face at the reception desk - everything is clearly explained, and very cost affordable here. Friendly, professional, and a very hygienic clinic - one of the best practices I have visited. And, I will be returning often for preventive dentistry. Recommended!!"
