"It was my first time at an adult dentist, so I was naturally kind of scared, but they were absolutely lovely. They listened to my worries, told me everything they were doing, and they made me feel comfortable. Doctor Castro did some cosmetic work on my smile and in only 10 minutes I was more confident in my smile than I have been since about 3rd grade. Absolutely amazing staff. Only improvement I could say is that they didn't give me a token to a prize machine so I can get a bouncy ball I will lose in a day."
"I've been going here for years I had my teeth cleaned today I didn't like the women who was doing it she seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. Made me upset. She didn't clean my teeth well at all was more interested in reading my past dental record when I was just there for a teeth cleaning. I love dr parker and Ms janis I will just request for ms janis next time was awful experience today. I've never had anyone who was rude like she was. I will be saying something to the high end person there but not sure who I should contact."
"Fallston Dental is a great place with great people. I am a wheelchair user, so parking and access are really important. Equally important is access once in the building—barrier free and they schedule me in a larger room for easy maneuverability. Everyone is incredibly polite and responsive to questions. Also, the customer service and scheduling are amazing! They send appointment reminders and are VERY easy to contact! I see Dr. Castro—he’s such a cool guy. We had an hour-long discussion about guitars and his love for music. He does great work and is extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Castro is also great with minimizing pain and offers affordable services! Rosie is amazing at processing insurance claims. On a few occasions, I was reimbursed several hundred dollars from my insurance—thanks to her! Lastly, the office is very clean and staff take great precaution in protecting your safety—especially during COVID. They have new equipment that filters the air during procedures. If you or your family are looking for a great dental practice, I highly recommend Fallston Dental and Dr. Castro! Joe Barrett"
