"We did a 12 day tour of Jordan and Israel in early October. We saw some incredible sites and learned so much. Both of our tour guides were amazing. Gianna in Jordan and Mickey in Israel. Unfortunately we were there when the war broke out so our tour was cut short but we were well taken care of and were very impressed with the help we received rebooking a flight home. We felt safe the whole time. The only complaints are there could have been better communication re what was happening and what to expect but I do realize everyone was doing the best that they could. The only other complaint would be the hotel we stayed at in Jordan two separate times. If the company could reassess using it as the rooms were not very nice.(Geneva Hotel)"
