They take there time with you planning and if there’s an issue during your trip they are there to help no matter What time. They also go above and beyond. "When My agent planned our vacation originally everything was done great. After a few weeks I received an email that our resort was changed to a different one. Which was no problem. The resort turned out to be great. We also had her book a hotel with airport parking and transportation. When we arrived to the hotel, they told us they were out of rooms and had reservations for us at another hotel down the st. We arrived and was not pleasant. On top of having to drive back to the original hotel to leave our vehicle and be able to use the transportation. I emailed our agent to notify her about what happen with hotel and was expecting a refund but didn't say much."

"This was our first family trip using Boscovs Travel to Disney. We felt confident that all our requests were addressed and the advice provided was beneficial. All our questions/concerns were answered in a timely manner and we had a lot of questions. It was so easy to leave and return from our home airport. Being able to arrive and depart from the Orlando airport was also convenient. Transportation to and from the airport with the resort was set up and convenient. We had one slight glitch coming home with MEARS transport where they did not copy my email correctly but Boscovs travel corrected this immediately and there was no delay in our travel whatsoever. I would highly recommend using Boscovs Travel."

"Cancelled my vacation over a month ago and I still have yet to see my refund! You call the travel agents and they basically blow you off and say, refunds are taking longer to process for some reason. With no real answers! I called Apple Vacation today and was told that my refund went though 3 weeks ago, and I should have been credited from Boscovs shortly after! I had issues a few years ago when I booked through Boscovs and now here we are again, more issues! Never again!"
