"The address listed on the website leads you to a neighborhood. After spending quite some time driving around to find the place with two toddlers, we brought them in only to be greeted by extremely rude staff members. We decided to leave before ever letting the kids play because the front desk staff was so belittling and rude. Will not return"
"I wonder if these reviews are legit, my experience was horrible! No one greeted us not gave directions to anything. The entire place seems to be controlled by the staff own kids and family members. My girls were not able to use any equipment due to the same kids running around and not giving anyone the opportunity to use anything."
