Reviews
"Inside the museum itself, there aren't that many aircraft on display, but the docents are very friendly and know their stuff, and they have a really good selection of aircraft on display in the outdoor display area. It's definitely worth a visit."
"We love museums like this and checked it out on our way out of town. It was very nice and very educational."
"I stumbled across this wonderful little museum while in town and was pleasantly surprised by what I saw. There are two main halls, as well as an collection of aircraft that once served at the nearby airfield. I was shocked to see not only an X35 aircraft but also one of the Boeing X-32s as well. Cool stuff!"
"Had a good time learning some cool facts from the very knowledgeable staff on site. Enjoyed the entire experience and all the aircraft."
"Every year when I travel to Lexington Park for vacation, I make it a routine to stop by the museum. This "little" museum is packed with tons of interesting aircraft, artifacts and memorabilia. The staff (Orange Hats) are either retired pilots, support crew or tech specialists who gladly answer any/all questions you may have. This museum has grown by leaps and bounds since my first visit at 12 (now I'm 43) and never disappoints! So take a few hours, learn something about or Navy and it's aviation history and relax! Thank you all for everything you all do!"
