"Dr. Kfouri is literally the best dentist I have ever had, it is a shame his office policies are so threatening. I had to cancel an appointment a year ago with shorter notice than 24 hours, I anticipated that they would charge me (they did) for the short notice cancellation but what I didn't know is that they were going to blacklist me. If you short notice cancel you CAN NOT make an appointment. You have to call the day you want to be seen and "pray" they have a spot. I explained to the receptionist that I have a big cavity that is causing intense pain and migraine headaches and she told me to call back on Monday and hope they have something available then because they don't this week. Sadly, I will be looking for a new dentist today. I can't "pray" to have this painful cavity fixed, and I shouldn't have to "pray" when I am willing to "pay". It's a shame because Dr. Kfouri is a great dentist and the only one I have trusted and have terrible anxiety with any other dentist I have seen previously. In summary, do not cancel with less than 24 hours notice if you want to continue to be a patient there."
