"Love having this as a free gym in my neighborhood, but had a pretty unfortunate interaction today (1/27) with staff who started yelling at me to leave at 430 even though all signs say open to 5. I told him I was literally on my last set but he continued to yell until I left. Customer service link on website goes nowhere."

"Great soccer ⚽️ field. Such an upgrade from the 80"s. A downer, is limited parking. But, that's a citywide issue."

"I liked it even though, I have seen some confusion over there several times. But the last pleasant experience I had was my son forgot his backpack on their field overnight. He was able to come get it the next day with no issues, the staff grabbed it off the field and when we picked it up nothing was missing so we were happy."

"Really good equipment without the expensive gym membership. Friendly and hardworking staff. Minus 1 star bc it’s always hot even in the hot summer months. 76 degrees is insane during 90-100 degree Weather. AC works it’s just put at insane temperature for summer."

"Edgewood Recreation Center is a newly-renovated recreations center in Northeast's Edgewood neighborhood. Here's why it's worth a visit: 1) Amenities: There's a lot to do inside and outside. On the outside, there's a massive field, a track, playground, a garden and basketball courts. Pre-pandemic, the inside has a gym, classrooms, etc. 2) Views: There's an area with benches with beautiful views of nearby Trinity Washington University. This recreation is new and super nice. It's worth a visit!"
