"Good luck getting these folks to return your call. Must be a shell operation."
"Looking for a new hot tub maintenance person, after seeing all the one star reviews here, I am scared to call this company. I hope I can find a good hot tub repair person. I hope they take reviews seriously because it affects people's decisions like me. Will keep looking."
"They are conveniently located and have no charge for pool/spa water testing which is very helpful. Prices are fair for the walk in convenience. Staff is always very helpful."
"I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years now. This year I had some leaks in my pool pipes and requested them to fix it. The technician came out and looked at everything, went back to the shop and I got an invoice for the repair totalling $1,000. I approved the repair since I needed to fix it before operating pump. They came, they “fixed” it and then I requested a pool maintenance. When they arrived for the maintenance, they just left and when I called to find out why, they cancelled service and charged me $100 for a cancellation even though I did not cancel. Once I got everything cleaned and working (Used a better company), I noticed that it was leaking more than before the fix that I paid for. I could not reach anyone on the phone to help me with my issue so I tried emailing them. I did get a response but only with another invoice for $600 for them to come back and fix what I already paid them to fix. I never leave reviews but after trusting someone for over 5 years and then they treat you like this, very unprofessional and horrible service. They also used epoxy to seal the leak which is not something a professional uses for a brand new fix. Now my pump is still leaking more than before and they will not fix it unless I pay again. I will NEVER use All Seasons Pool And Spa again, good luck to those that have too."
"We purchased new pool pump with installation in August 2019. It was installed improperly 3 times so far. When installing there has to be time overnight for glue to dry on piping. Company didn't come back or call next day to verify install worked without leaks. It did leak after first time and when they cut out old piping to get new pump in they also removed a drain spigot used to drain the pool when it rains too much. They eventually came back to fix leak and install spigot with no apology. I then discovered that they had not anchored the pool pump to the base floor all pool equipment is anchored to. Instead they had shoved 3 loose pieces of wood under the pump. The problem was the previous pump was taller and they didn't bother to cut the 2 inlet water pipes to the right height for the new pump or use a pump mount. The wood would have vibrated loose and rotted long before pump lifetime was up. So I insisted they replace wood with appropriate pump mount and actually anchor it to equipment floor or otherwise correctly install at right height. Instead they came back with paving bricks that they shoved under the pump. Only one brick was actually under pump but they added 2 more for no apparent reason. The bricks were taller than the wood so now the pump was far out of level and likely won't operate correctly. They also jammed the bricks under the pump and thus likely stressing all of the existing pipes and seals which may now prematurely break or leak. They also failed to actually anchor the pump again. At this point I filed complaint with credit card company and Maryland Division of Consumer Protection."
