"I go here all the time and generally it is a good experience but after looking on Google and their website it says they close at 10 pm. I got there at 8:30 and I was told they stop sharpening skates at 8. I did not see the sharpening hours anywhere in either Google or their website. Meanwhile I can hear the skate sharpener grinding in the back. I am disappointed I made a special trip there to get my skates sharpened only to be turned away. I could have gone before dinner had I known they stopped at 8. All I ask is please post when your sharpening hours are if they are not just your normal business hours. It would have saved me and possibly others a useless trip."

Manager admitted their mistake then rudely tells me they're not going to do it then physically turns his back to me. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES."
