KIDS FIRST Swim School - York

"Kids first swim school has given my daughter confidence and social skills that she needs because she has anxiety. Miss emily and miss emma always take time to greet us when we arrive to the facility miss emily always takes the time to talk to my daughter no matter how busy she is i recommended KIds first swim school because they are professional and very helpful i have had zero problems with the establishment they are very understanding when we have issues and cant attend class they care about the kids that attend class there my daugher adores miss emily and always talks about her daily the manager miss emma always listens to my concerns i recommend kids first swim school to everyone they are wonderful all the staff members act professional !!!!"

"Will not be returning. We changed the day of our class over the holidays; meanwhile they changed a policy for the mommy/daddy & me class only allowing one parent to be in the water. We received no communication of this change besides being told in person AFTER our class. Funny we got a email about a price increase but not about this.. Would not provide a refund even though it was poor communication on their end. Spoke to the regional manager and got approved to complete our month with two parents in the water; however, we are choosing not to return. Hope $105 for the month was worth losing us and our friends! Also at our last class a kid vomited in the pool. Staff stopped what they were doing got one side of the pool out of the water and left the mommy/daddy &me class in the water while they took nets to the water… found out after a kid vomited and there was NO communication! So we were swimming in vomit! Will not be recommending Kid First to anyone from now on!"

"Kids first has helped my son love swim again. He had a situation with a pool when he was younger and was scared of pools after that. Mr. Layton has helped him feel comfortable in the water again and my son has even advanced in his swimming techniques. My daughter is now in a mommy and me and she is super comfortable in the water."
