"Let me tell you how amazing this company is! Our HOA pool pump died. We spent 2 days trying to get a company that could repair it before the weekend (so homeowners wouldn't be mad). We couldn't find anyone that could do it or had the parts. So the Board decided to DIY. If I could find the part. The manufacturers website listed Anytime Spas and pools. I called and spoke with Mike. He could get me the part by Friday (It was Thursday at 437pm when I called him). He said "Do you need anything else?", and I off the cuff asked "do you guys do installs too?" Thinking they were just a part supplier. He said "why yes we do and we can fit you in tomorrow if you'd like?" I was ecstatic! "Yes please!" It gets better, the next morning Mike sent Phil and Matt to do the install. They were fantastic. The amazing customer service continued. They had great sense of humors and they showed me how to use and set the pump. All in all I HIGHLY recommend this company! Outstanding service from the moment I called, till the wonderful technicians drove away leaving us with a working pool! . Thank you!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. End of last season I needed a new pump… they said they could replace it no problem. Over charged for the pump and destroyed my automation… lost track of how many phone calls and emails to get them to correctly fix my setup. Nothing in 6 Months. Horrible."

They are honest and pleasant to deal with. Also the field crew does great work. I’ve been a pool owner for 30 years and since I’ve found Any-Time I will not go to any other pool store."
