"We got married here and it was the perfect venue! Beautiful scenery for our outdoor ceremony, food was phenomenal, the staff was super accommodating of our requests, and everyone had an amazing time. Not to mention that they really give you a lot included for a very decent price."

"Had a wedding reception here yesterday (Sat July 22 2023). I am writing specifically to praise the female bartender who was there the whole night. She was incredibly nice and sociable and took good care of everyone. Whenever the bar was mentioned people always mentioned how cool she was. She was, quote: "Our hero." I am also writing this to contrast with the male bartender. Multiple people I talked to had negative experiences with him being not nice or rude. Many people I know avoided him and specifically waited for the female bartender. He also gave negative feedback to her in front of quite a few guests while she was in the middle of serving people. She just went quiet and was clearly uncomfortable, so that was undoubtedly an inappropriate time to have that conversation. I feel bad she had to spend the whole night with someone who very visibly seemed they didn't want to be there and was not nice. Despite that, the female bartender was kind, thoughtful, and accomodating the entire night. I wish her well and hope she sees this. I should also mention the rest of the staff was incredibly friendly. (This review is based on multiple people's feedback, not just mine.) Edit: Thank you very much for the quick reply and for sharing our positive feedback with Sam! Was a fantastic reception in basically every way and Sam was a big part of that."

"We had our wedding at Brookside Country Club. It was phenomenal! We could not have been happier with Brookside and especially Abby Tate. She made our wedding reception turn out to be exactly what we had envisioned for our big day. I can’t say this about every venue we visited during the wedding planning process, but the first time we met with Abby at Brookside, it felt right. She made us feel at home and we knew how important it was to be able to trust someone with our wedding. She was there for every question or concern we had. She made it very easy to make sure our vision came to life on what the food options, lighting, schedule and layout would be. We knew we were in good hands. The country club’s charm really makes it an ideal reception location. It is very clean with an inviting layout. The grounds of the club are amazing also- a long entrance and golf course surrounding the club really enhances the landscape. It was ideal for our wedding pictures in different locations. The grand ballroom has updated floors and nice lighting. We had a winter wedding and there were fireplaces inside to add warmth. Parking is readily available for guests. The service was excellent as well. We couldn’t give Brookside a better rating for their food and beverage options. Our guests were raving about the appetizers, entrees and open bar. There wasn’t anything we had for a negative review. Our wedding was amazing and having it at Brookside made our day even that more special. Having Abby to help us was an added bonus. Wedding planning can be stressful, time consuming and frustrating at times. Knowing you have a contact person at your venue who will be there no matter what happens, is a big relief. We would definitely recommend Brookside CC!"
