About Us
Macungie Park Pool is a family-friendly institution located at 50 Poplar Street in Macungie, Pennsylvania. The pool will be open for the 2024 season starting on Saturday, May 25 and will close on Monday, September 2. The pool offers various hours of operation throughout the season, with toddler time available on weekdays from 11am to 12pm. Weather conditions may affect pool hours, and certain dates will have early closures for swim meets. Daily admission rates are $8 for adults, $6 for individuals 18 and under, and seniors. Season pass rates are also available for purchase. The pool has recently added a motorized handicap lift and is in the process of refurbishing a bathroom for handicap accessibility. The institution prides itself as a family pool and has strict rules in place, such as proper swim attire, no running or diving in undesignated areas, and no inappropriate language. "Great pool, it's pretty big with an open deep end and also has a kiddie pool. They have a slide that goes into the pool which I think is pretty cool. They have bathrooms and a shower/dressing room. The snack bar has good snacks, and there is a sitting area to eat. There is a volleyball net in the grass (if its still there). The grass is spacious with plenty of room to relax and to put your chairs and umbrellas (there is also some trees that provide shade)"
