"Roy Vaughn the owner did concrete from my pool company. There is over 5 customers that are having issues. He refuses to return their calls. I called Barracuda pools to make contact but was hung up on. I was blocked from his Facebook page. I can't get any insurance information from him. Doesn't stand behind his work"

"I did plenty of research on local fiberglass pool dealers and installers and Barracuda Pools came out the best, especially in regards to quality and cost! A lot of pool places only do installation and it's up to you to find a Mason, an electrician, and a fence installer. The owner of Barracuda is a Mason by trade and does beautiful concrete work around the pool. They have recommended contractors for electric and fence and both have been great to work with. The Barracuda team was very nice and professional on site. Barracuda is extremely responsive to questions and concerns. Highly recommend!"

"Barracuda just finished up our pool. It came out great. The stamped concrete looks amazing. The pool was 2 weeks late due to manufacturing delays but they Had everything ready to go as soon as it came in. They also built a retaining wall for us. Definitely recommend"

"First of all the owner of the business and his son gave themselves a five star rating above. I owned a business before and I believe it’s the consumers that should leave the reviews. With that being said we also are going through a nightmare right now using Barracuda pools and they were given till Friday to deliver the solar cover and winter cover for our pool never mind the nightmare of foot prints in concrete stairs that come out of the concrete and unfinished decking system, uneven concrete and a yard torn up from one end of the backyard to the other gravel still in my driveway and having to call people now to fix the things that he was paid to finish. Told my husband that he would be here to take care of deficiencies on Friday and no phone call or no-show. Will not respond and son will scream at you in your own yard telling you he has emotional problems. Unacceptable company terrible customer service and a mess left for over many thousands and thousands of dollars. The pictures say it all. No one pays the last payment until work is finished. The ladder is falling out of the ground, we paid for covers already we have not received and your son was the only employee that was screaming and when declaring he couldn’t handle customers and had emotional issues and proclaimed suicide, I took four hours out of my day to get him hooked up with counselors and suicide hotline. Agreement to get huge chunks of concrete out of my pool? You said you would be back to teach about using the equipment. We want the covers we paid for."

"If you are considering having Barracuda Pools do a project for you, here is what to expect: - Extensive delays: We hired them last March and our project isn't done - Long periods of inactivity: 4 Weeks went by where they never showed up and refused to answer any calls - Shoddy Work: We are paying thousands of dollars to rip out and replace concrete work that was not done correctly and causing water damage in our basement - Total yard destruction: We were told that there might be "some truck tracks" in our yard. In reality, our entire yard needs to be replaced - Extremely unprofessional and hostile employees: When I asked a simple question of one of the owners of the company, he immediately got hostile and threatened me in front of my kids and then walked off the job In short, Barracuda Pools is understaffed, overbooked, unprofessional, and does subpar quality work. I would advise anyone who has a current contract with them to get out of it immediately."
