"Go to the store ; intimidated by the contractors but I needed to find some hard to locate items. David took care of me. He assisted me in more than one problem that I had and referred me to another place for things they do not carry at US Supply. His customer service and demeanor was terrific. Gave me answers to all my questions."
"Talked to Dave/David over the phone, he was least interested to provide any water heater info over the phone. He called me to the store to checkout the options. I go to 20 min away store to talk to this guy. As soon as I took HomeDepot name, he dropped it and immediately he said you should buy from HD. I said I am simply comparing apple-to-apple. Same brand, same size gas water heater then why supply stores like yours give 6 years warranty and HD gives 12 years for the same thing. I heard plumbing supply store carry a better quality, but when I asked, David couldn't answer it and in fact he asked me to buy additional warranty to match HD. Altogether that was going to be way more expensive than HD. I find him very rude. I guess such store are good only for contractors, why don't you just stop selling to consumers if you don't know how to talk to them."
