"My daughter had a terrible experience here for her first gymnastics class. The place was complete chaos and the instructors were not attentive. My daughter was in tears by the end of the class and her confidence was totally shot. I expressed my feelings to the owner both via email and on the phone and she was rude and condescending. There are better gym options, look elsewhere."

"Mid-Atlantic Gymnastics is the best! Our kids (4&5) love it here. Teresa is amazing and does everything to accommodate parents and make it the best place for the kids. There’s plenty of staff and they’re all excellent with kids and helpful with shy kids. There was even a time when another child wasn’t being kind to mine during a class and they handled it perfectly. They do different activities each class and we highly recommend their sessions!"
