"My wife and I were really looking forward to trying this place on Valentines day after all of the good reviews we saw and word of mouth, big mistake. Things started out fine with drinks and went downhill from there. The menu had been downsized by more than half from their original menu, items which we had seen online that we looked forward to ordering beforehand we could not even order. Our Caesar salad and appetizer arrived first, the salad dressing had zero flavor, the chicken bites were chewy and dry. We decided on sirloin and chicken as our main course. The chicken was once again chewy and dry and the steak was extremely rare when it was ordered medium well, I sent it back twice after that and it still was not cooked right. I forgot to mention that I had to cut the steak with a butter knife after a 10 minute wait for a steak knife being that it never came out with the steak to begin with. Then we noticed that our sides were on the wrong plates. After that I was angry and ready to go being that my wife was finished with her meal before I had barely even started mine so I took it to go. By this point the place started filling up and we noticed that people that had come long after us still hadn't been served and others who weren't seated or served yet got impatient and started to leave. Even a family behind us was disappointed in the lack of menu choices as we could over hear them talking to each other about it in frustration. The manager eventually spoke with me in a rude condescending tone after I voiced our issues and never even offered an apology nor did he own up to the multiple issues that we had experienced. To top it all off, when I finally got home to hopefully enjoy my steak I found a piece of random plastic attached to it. Both of us left severely disappointed and definitely will not return."

"This is a smooth and cosy place for a night out in Hagerstown. If you are visiting this beautiful city, I suggest you stop by Eliz restaurant and Lounge for a great meal/drink. If you are looking for a quiet place to spend a lovely time, this is your spot. It is clean and well organized with great food options. Service is awesome and staff is very friendly and understanding."
