"They may have been great in the past, but at the moment they are not. I contracted them in January to handle getting a title for a RV that was left at my property. They started the process but there has been no progress since previous owner received the auction notice. I have called 4 times in 2 months and have not even received a phone call in return letting me know anything. I understand with COVID that the MVA may be backed up, but it makes no sense to not even return my call to let me know that may be the situation. RV was schedule to go to auction 4/30/21 and I still have no title and no response. UPDATE: I did finally receive my title in the mail on 7/13/21."
