"The biggest scam in lavale. A huge ripoff and they had the nerve to ask specifically what was in my package. Made me fill out of a form to ship it like it is 1961 or something. Save all of your effort."

"I usually use this place for all my shipping needs but that is changing. I will only ship non fragile items from here for now on. I took them a plastic round lamp from the 60s that I had sold online to package. Was asked specifically if this was expensive, which it was. Paid alot in shipping materials, double box and peanuts, the works. The box arrived to the buyer undented and scratch free, but the lamp was broken on the inside, snapped in half from being shoved into the box. Please start handling items with more care. Out alot of money (over 1k) plus the shipping materials. For it to be broken from being forced into the box. A shame as it was a perfect condition lamp from the 60s a vintage piece of history. Staff is friendly and shipping is quick. I will only return for non fragile items."

"Damaged several expensive packages during wrap prior to ship by rushing and inadequate padding. Offered no concessions and denied doing so, even when buyers contacted them regarding damage-Go somewhere else, I did and I am glad I did!! Bizarre tactics, multiple recycled (used) boxes at premium new prices undisclosed of course. Years of business flushed by their greed and incompetence. It took me a while, but I learned a valuable lesson. I contacted the better business bureau about their tactics."
