"Horrible and rude staff and service, refused to give a simple plastic bag to carry food away. Kept me waiting for over 15 mins while my food was ready just standing there, without informing me. The food described as Hunan style or Szechuan style was neither, both we plain and bland, made from the same generic sauce. The interior was dirty, tables were greasy and kitchen looked unhygienic. Skip this place and go to Ling Ling, about 5 mins away which is much better."

"While the food is somewhat passable, the caucasian girl at the register has to be one of the rudest and most unfriendly people I've ever come across. Horrible customer service experience. We go there every few months when visiting a friend in the area and every time we order, she gives back nothing but attitude. I had ordered the C6 combo which is prepared with chicken or pork. She apparently didn't listen or just didn't care because what I got was a lousy version of chicken, not the pork I had ordered (circled the pork on the menu). I made the mistake of not checking before we left but I'm sure I would have gotten attitude if I pointed out the error. Will go to the Thai place next door from now on. Stay away. NOT RECOMMENDED."

"I have been going here for the last 30 years. Their food is very consistent. I usually order chicken with snow peas, or teriyaki. I get the combo. It is always good. I always have the food delivered. Driver has always been professional. Prices are very reasonable, $10 or so for each combo platter. I read all the reviews complaining about this place. I was amazed! I have only had good experiences here."
