"The only up is it's close to the base if you want something fast, which is what it is. But if it's not 4 star food you'd think the service would make up for it but NO, they messed up a $60 order and then advised that they didn't want to fix it. The only person suitable for service there is the one who takes the order, anyone else makes you turn your stomacjmh at how RUDE and MEAN they are and not even want to eat."
"Spicy tuna roll was ok. I ordered other food, but ended up getting it boxed up to take out because the fruit flies in the place were so bad. I asked if I could get a cup to go for my drink and was brought a small styrofoam soup bowl."
"Fish and rice was cold. Sashimi was close to frozen. Ordered the “love boat” platter for my beau and I, received cold food on two separate plates. My boyfriend was highly disappointed, as he mainly chose love boat for the cool display. Sprite tasted like cough syrup. However, customer service was outstanding (although we were the only customers so I would expect nothing less) Will not be eating here again."
