Reviews
"Very nasty center. All they care about is money. Lazy staff never interacting with kids, Rates are different and they know nothing when you ask them basic questions."
"I love this center! My daughter has been enrolled for almost 2 years and I can easily say choosing this center was by far the best decision I’ve made for my child’s education. My baby will be 4 in August, and already she is in the Pre-K 4 program. They made the decision to move her up because they noticed how advanced she is. The staff is very attentive to each child’s individual skill and ability and don’t believe in holding them back just because of age. Not only is this place great for their teachings, but they are also one of the more inexpensive centers in the area. I’d recommend Successful to anybody looking for ppl who genuinely care about their children’s education."
"Absolutely love this daycare! Staff are extremely nice and helpful. My daughter attended the summer camp and now goes to the pre-k program. Excellent communication between staff and parents. She loves it here, friendly enviroment, clean facility, and great curriculum. Hours are also a plus 6am-6pm. I would recommend this daycare to family and friends!"
"I was searching for a new child care center for my son. Ideally somewhere grounded in education. I took my son here for a trial run for a few hours to see how he liked the center, as a possibility for future enrollment. There was a 4 hour trial period, after which I concluded this facility was not a great fit for my son. When I arrived to pick him up... I expressed I would keep this center in mind but I also visited several other centers, and was taking the weekend to think, and speak with my mother before making a final decision about enrollment (this was on a Friday.) I was trying to leave, however the Lady Jasmine would not allow me to leave before paying $60... I asked what is the $60 for? She replied, an application fee, your mom didn't tell you, you would need to pay $60 today, I told her when I spoke with her. I responded no, I was not aware... I was puzzled... I had just very clearly stated I was not sure if I wanted to enroll my son at this center, so why would I pay you a $60 application fee. At that point I asked more questions... since she was taking my $60 I wanted to know more in depth about the education program because prior to this I was told the lady who actually teaches is on leave for sickness, and the woman who gave me a tour was just filling in for the summer to help them out. Jasmine also did not know the answers to my questions, and so she proceeded to call someone else... who even still did not provide much more information. She basically said they learn some numbers, and site word and follow a Baltimore County curriculum. Which still told me nothing, and after visiting several centers who very thoroughly broke down the education program they have ...I can confidently say this center was the worst as far as education goes, amongst many other things. Now I could understand if they wanted me to pay for the time he spent there, even though I was told this trial would be no charge. To be clear it's not about the money, it's about the deception. Be straight forward, don't try to bamboozle me out of my money. However, to avoid an argument or any escalation. I just paid it, and left. I also kept in mind she stated she made my mother aware, but when I asked my mother later she said she was never told I have to pay $60 when I dropped him off for the trial. And had I been told that, I never would have dropped him off to begin with, because that's ridiculous, and he ended up hating it. So essentially it was a waste of time, and money. Fast forwarding, I went back a week later and spoke with the Director and explained the situation to see if I could receive my monies back. She basically said it was non refundable, and then showed me the application which was one single sheet of paper, and said $50... not the $60 that I paid, and so she did give me back $10 of my money. I asked before leaving what her name was... (she told me at the beginning however I forgot,) and she responded to my question by shrugging her shoulders and throwing her hands up in the idk position, which I found both rude, and unprofessional. Bottom line is they are extremely money hungry at this center. They have no respect for the parents, and the director is extremely rude. She actually said to me , I made a bad decision by not enrolling my son at her center, and that it was my, and my child's loss. It was laughable, considering I was thinking how lucky I am , that I did not enroll him at her center. I was very calm the entire time, and she has the opposite attitude that one should have, when working in childcare. This is a very unprofessional center. Not enrolling my son here, was the best possible decision I could have made. He's now enrolled at a wonderful center about 5 mins away from this one, and he absolutely loves it!"
"This is a greedy lady all she cares about is getting pain. My son was their about 8months first off i asked them to keep track of what he ate, they never did but never sent any of his food home. They had a trip and the parent didn't know it cost 5$ I repeat 5$ and they refused her on the bus for the trip. All the staff is young can't even match the era be texture, I think the big girl is the owners grand daughter or something. So I main reason I took my 2yr old out because all the teachers left, I felt as if he wasent learning anything. Most of all my child came home numerous times with 2 pull ups on!!!!! I spoke to the owner about it and nothing changed. So that told me they did not have my child's best interest. The owner claims to be a Christian but got over on me when I over paid his last week even though she had my security deposit..she put to gether some papers talking about she used it. God is watching."
