"This does not even warrant a one star. I made 2 appt for me/husband, and my mother to prepare trusts. Our appt was paid for in advance $500 and our appt was in the first week of July 2023. I waited patiently for the trusts to be written up. I contacted them twice within that time and was told that they are sorry, but will have it out to me shortly. Yesterday, after another prompting I get a letter saying that they are referring me elsewhere and that they will not be completing my Trusts. I paid in advance for the visit with nothing in return. I am beyond pissed and dissatisfied. I demand a refund for my wasted time and their empty promises. I feel used and taken advantage of. I would NOT recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy."
