"Charges an arbitrary $5 pickup fee for direct shipped UPS pickups. This is not a fee imposed by UPS itself and is not disclosed before choosing this location as a pickup option. Edit: In regards to the owners response this was an Access Point pickup that specifically states free pickup when shipping. No other access point such as CVS attempts to charge an additional pickup fee."

"Let me begin by saying I do a lot of business with this location and have always been satisfied with the service. That is to say the employees are efficient If not always friendly. At least they get the job done. A greeting would be nice but not necessary. But I was not prepared for what happened on my last visit. There was a single employee at the counter, she was turning to leave the counter when I entered. She rolled her eyes when she had to return to take care of me. I can ignore most poor customer service behaviors but this display was unbelievable. I smiled said "you must be having a bad day" thinking she would realize she was being rude and check herself. But she didn't. Some people don't know any better and if the employer allows it they won't learn. I will keep patronizing the location because it is convenient and they have never lost a package."
