"Been coming here for years but it seems like once our favorite dining restaurant has changed. Usually, we come in, settle down and order our food. The food usually come out quickly and hot. But the last two visits has disappointed me. I'm not sure what is going on but we had to wait about 40 minutes for the food to come out. Mashed potatoes was cold and the chicken was no longer hot. That goes same with the fries. The fries these times was a little soggy and disgusting. The chicken tenders was at room temperature and not in its best conditions. Waiter and service are okay but not as friendly and helpful as they used to be a few years back. The atmosphere was also a little cold for all three visits. Not just me, but also some tables around us mentioned that too. Won't be back."

"Our first time dining at this location. Overall it was a very good experience. Applebee's Grill & Bar is a pretty decent chain family restaurant with a bar IMHO. The bar usually has several screens to enjoy watching sports games and events. It was a very good service given by our server, Will. This young man accommodated our needs and checked on us several times to make sure we were having a good time. He promptly took care of refills for my unlimited boneless wings orders. Our food tasted very well. I think this will be our go-to chain restaurant from now on since we have given up another chain restaurant recently. I especially enjoyed the Chicken Wonton Tacos app (complimentary for signing up for their email notifications) and Sweet Asian Chile Boneless Wings. Also, my wife enjoyed Chicken Quesadilla Salad very much. I want to explore other items on their menu the next time."

"Kyle was my waiter. He assisted me with my endless boneless wings order. The wings came out slow at first, but eventually he was able to put my refill orders into the system promptly so that my wait time was minimal. Overall a decent dining experience for late on a weekday night."
