"Matt and his team were great. They installed our pool, patio, fire pit and fence in just under 3 weeks!!! I'd highly recommend calling Paladina if you are looking for a prompt and professional experience."
"You can’t go wrong with Paladina. They did an amazing job with the pavers around my in ground swimming pool. The workers were friendly, professional and dependable. Would not hesitate to use them again on a future project. A+ company all the way around."
"Marco, the GM did not showed up for an appointment to discuss the work I wanted completed. I contacted the company and the owner called me to apologized and stated that Marco would call me within 48 hours to set up another appointment. I never received a call from Marco! Website states reputation is built on customer service which is completely inaccurate. They have very poor customer service. If this is an indication of their work then I am happy they blew me off, TWICE!!! I will never do business with this company and will highly encourage anyone to also pass on this company. Work of mouth can be a very strong tool! If I could give zero stars I would!!"
"This is a great PROFESSIONAL company. Matt came to my home on a Sunday afternoon to talk us through my outdoor living space. I gave him my budget and expectations, I had another company come out last year, so I had an estimate from that company. I actually found out that this industry is full of unprofessional adolescents. Anyway, Matt said I could do the work I required for half of my budget or for the entire budget he could put in an outdoor kitchen. I agreed to stay with my original scope of work. Matt sent us two drawings on Tuesday. The first one was my agreed work, the second drawing was absolutely amazing. I called him back and did a change of work order over the phone. The following Monday they started, his crew showed up in force. Honestly I was worried because the way I was treated by others in the business. Once I seen them pull up I had every worry dissipate, these guys had nice clean trucks, machinery and knew how to start without any problems. They worked very hard everyday and only took off on Sundays. The work area was clean and controlled at all times. The last day after cleaning up, Matt went through the entire scope of work including the fire pit and bbq. Impressive, that's all I can say! They did so much work and did not need to come back for any reason at all. I did my kitchen about five years ago and the contractor had to come back about a dozen times to install backordered items or to fix paint and other small items. So now we had to talk about my budget, Matt sat us down on our new furniture, the final price was $1130 less than expected. We tipped the crew with about half and had a family gathering with the rest of the money. I waited to write a review until I used everything. Paladina did what he said he was going to do, when he said it would be done. I am hoping to have him install a pool next year but probably will be a couple years. Matt, thank you for the professional job, I think you are an artist not a landscaper."
"My experience is not with their work, they are currently doing very nice work at a home on our street. My experience is with their crew who have been driving through our VERY residential full of children and pets neighborhood VERY fast all week and how I was treated with I called the fast driver on his actions. I asked him if he would mind if I came to his neighborhood and drove like that and he looked at me, cocked his head and said "ha! sure! go right ahead!" I called the owner and informed him that this had all happened and how his crew member was snotty about my legit question and the owners response was just as appalling. He said, "I'm very sorry but I have no way to control my drivers." I calmly said, "you're joking right? You have every ability to control them, they are YOURS and you PAY them. You control them by telling them how you expect them to behave or else you don't pay them." He too was dumbfounded and apparently missed that basic instruction on being a boss in Business Ownership 101. The way I was talked to and the answers I got from the owner show me that this man has no respect for his potential clients and really has no clue how he would get them if he allows his drivers to act like untrained idiots behind his branded vehicles. Look elsewhere for someone who cares."
