"Cashier at the register had no patience for these two older women who were trying to pay with cash and exact change, didn’t respond to their questions if they had counted correctly and pushed the receipt in their face. While one of the women was counting, he aggressively tapped his fingers on the scanner as if he was agitated. Mind you these women were pleasant towards him. While I understand the cashier may have had a long day, I really hope when he gets elderly, that people don't treat him with this same behavior."
"I have to say that I've been coming here for many many years(since i was a kid) and there was definitely a change in quality of service throughout the years. More recently I've been very disappointed in the service when items are rung up. Today was the first time in a while that I could honestly say the service was great, the shelves were stocked and tidy, and I found items I never knew I needed but absolutely love!! -update: My recent visit I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store but very disappointed again with the people ringing me up. They were unprofessional and quite frankly very rude to other customers."
"I have been in retail sales for 26+ years as a sales associate and as a store manager of another retail chain. Today I walked into the cleanest and most well organized Dollar Tree I have ever seen. I did speak with a young gentleman named Bradley whom was very nice and pleasant. I asked him for the store number because I wanted to do a survey on the store. I did tell him how clean and organized the store is and I would most definitely be back there to do future shopping . He said they have a good crew there that cares what the store looks like . Big shout out to store #1437 and Bradley."
