"A pre authorization went on my cc as a charge. I could not get help to remove charges from the assistant "manager". My cc was charged for three full nights + $55 for what I do not know. I was told would receive a copy of bill when checking out. Upon check out my cc was charged again at a reduced rate for moving to new room and loud heaters. Our heater in our room was so loud it kept us up all night next night moved us to adjacet room again loud heater and we could hear the heater in our 1st room in our new room. I had to cancel my cc to prevent the charges that should have been a pre authorization charge. Check your cc balance before checking"
"Clean rooms and great service. Kimberly is awesome. Told her I DJ Hollywood and had some room requests and she took care of it. Give her a raise or management. Great job Kimberly."
"This hotel is awesome! Mostly because the fron desk staff (Dahlia specifically) is beyond impressive. Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and goes out of the way to ensure a pleasant stay. Rooms are redone and have refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, and a nice desk. The restaurant at the hotel is also nice and the food is good. It's attached to an auto mall with very cool new cars and antique cars of all kinds. Check out out! And great job Dahlia!!"
"With the exception of 2 things, the hotel is great. The beds are a little high. It was difficult for my wife to climb into bed, because she is a bit short. The thing I didn't like was the glass walled elevators. I have an aversion to heights and every time we went up to the 4th floor, I was glued to the elevator door. Next time, I will take the stairs. Eric at the front desk was amazing. Definitely a keeper. Very helpful and polite."
"Rooms weren’t bad. Toilet would hardly flush. They wanted 8 dollars for the continental breakfast. Which was basically a bowl of cereal or a pastry. Luckily there was a McDonald’s close. The pet fee was 50 dollars per pet. I couldn’t believe that. My 2 pound Pomeranian had to sleep in the car. It wouldn’t have been a bad deal if they was going to groom her. The check out process was not easy. Waited 20 mins to find someone. Not a problem if I wasn’t in a hurry so that’s my fault. Never had an issue with holiday inn, however I’m not sure I’ll stay at another one."
