"My husband and I had an appointment today with attorney Jeremy Bolls at 1:30 p.m. We arrived a few minutes prior to our appointment time and we were escorted back into an office. When attorney Jeremy Bolls entered the room, he did not greet us, he did not introduce himself nor did he ask for our names. He sat behind the desk and immediately began to ask questions about our intentions for a will. I made an assumption that this was a mis-step and I stoped and said, “I’m sorry, I don’t think we had the chance to introduce ourselves” and held out my hand. He provided his name, did not shake my hand and did not ask about either of us. No, “nice to meet you”, or “thanks for coming in”. When we asked a question during the process, he gave the impression that he was annoyed and responded with a condescending tone. He walked out of the office to make copies and I informed him that we wouldn’t be preceding with his services. I’ve not experienced such an unprofessional meeting with what is supposed to be a professional service. Interestingly, they actually ask for a review to to be provided in their office and I am happy to do so. Attorney Jeremy Bolls did not provide an inviting, respectful or professional experience for us and I would not recommend his services."

"Steer clear of this practice if you want to ensure that your bankruptcy case is handled correctly. I have IRS back taxes that I WANTED to be included in the bankruptcy because they were 3 years old and I made this crystal clear to the attorney. The attorney from this office that handled my case said that the taxes could not be discharged under my bankruptcy (which was not correct). Had they not failed to advise me that, had I waited 16 days to file the bankruptcy, the taxes could have been discharged under my bankruptcy. Now, because of this failure, I am STILL on the hook for these taxes ($2000+) for the next 7 years until the IRS can stop trying to collect the money from me. This could have EASILY been avoided. Also, I filed a Chapter 13 some years ago with an ex, and I cancelled that case. When one of the paralegals was filling out important paperwork for my case, she mixed information from the old case with the new case. They sent this mixed information to me, to my befuddlement. I asked why the information was mixed and they made me feel like I was crazy. They then explained what happened,that the paralegal mixed the info, but DID NOT offer an apology nor did they accept ANY responsibility for their actions. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I only chose this office because they were covered under my legal plan and the attorney fees to me were $0. Had I needed to pay even $1, I would have looked elsewhere for a competent attorney and team. I am now going to be forced to find an attorney to file a legal malpractice suit to recover the funds to pay the back taxes in addition to legal fees."
