Tripper Bus

"Bus departure location in New York is convenient but a bit congested. Reasonable scheduled departure times from New York, comfortable and clean seating, and seat belts are available if you desire, which I did not feel I needed them because the ride was relatively smooth. The driver was respectful and informative about the bus route; he stopped off in Maryland, followed by Washington, DC. In addition, the travel cost is reasonable."

"It’s almost not worth taking it from Bethesda to NY because of the older gentleman who manages passengers at this pickup. He always causes delays and creates so many inefficiencies because he insists on doing extra checks, giving long speeches, and preventing passengers from boarding the bus before departure time. I have never left on time with this route. I recommend vamoose to NY and tripper only if you’re heading to Bethesda, not leaving from."

"Very poor service on a trip from nyc to Bethesda. The bus was late and trash was there when we boarded. The driver was very slow in getting started. We are arriving over one hour behind schedule on a quiet day with light traffic. Just terrible trip. No water was given to the passengers."

Can you verify that each Bus has active and functioning Heat and wifi please and thank you. I convinced my family to travel to NYC for the Parade due to my raving about how my previous 4 trips were perfect. Except denied usage or 2 credit. But we think this will be great thanks.
