Shinjiru Ramen

"The best ramen I've had in the whole Northeastern Pennsylvania area. The service was excellent, extremely friendly staff who all visited our table to say hello and ask how our food was. And our food was incredible; we'll be visiting again many more times to try the rest of their menu. The restaurant itself was very clean, organized and relaxing. Really, we're so grateful to have such a great ramen restaurant in the area."

"Delicious and our new favorite ramen spot. Started with the takoyaki octopus balls. They were amazing. Light flavorful umami bombs. I could not imagine not getting them everytime we visit. My wife got the katsu chicken rice bowl. The chicken was crispy and tender. The only downside was it didnt have enough sauce, so next time she said she would order more on side. I had the black garlic ramen and it did not disappoint in the flavor department. The chasu was the best I had in a long time and the broth had great depth of flavor. I do think you deserve a full egg for the price not just 1 half. We will be going back sooner than later to try other dishes and get more delicious takoyaki!"
