"For the price of the food and the over 40 minute wait, don’t bother. They got our order wrong and when going back to the cashier to let her know she went back to speak to someone who said, “well they’re just going to have to wait.” The cashier then came back and spoke to 6 different customers without saying a word to me. I finally asked what was going on and with an attitude she told me they were remaking the wings and making the other item they forgot to make. The wings were okay, Ledos makes better wings. They were also very small wings for the price they charged. The fries were tasteless and cold. The location was dirty and worst of all they did not have a trash can inside. We had to throw our trash outside the store in the overflowing trash can that was probably owned by the strip mall. Very disappointed in the overall experience."

"Hi! My name is Camille and I wanted to write about my experience at this particular wing stop. When I entered the establishment around 3pm I was greeted warmly by a young lady at the front counter. She took my order, swiftly with kindness and attention to detail and even gave me recommendations for a few new sauces that the restaurant offered. The young lady that was making the food smiled at me and the other young lady who was assisting with bagging handed me my cup for my drink nicely as well. I say all of this to say, so often we are in a rush, not thinking about the next person on a day to day basis or what they might be going through. However, these young ladies gave me examples of salubrious, intentional and positive experiences in the work place. Management needs to know how well these young women treat their customers. "I ordered a garlic parmesan chicken sandwich combo. The restaurant was surprisingly much cleaner since the last time I've been at Wing Stop. The freestyle machine seems to be all working but could use a degreaser cleaner on the front screen. Service was fast. My only suggestion is to ask for light salt on your fries. My order was covered in salt."

"Stay away !! Slow slow workers they don’t care about the customers , made me wait more than 25 mins . It was dirty in the store . Barley any drinks available . they were saying to wait for my fries for five minutes and it took more than five minutes 10 minutes. Fries they gave me were not enough and also looked terrible. They also had no restock straws and lids. We ask for Parmesan cheese They wanted to charge me even after waiting for than the time they said.and they let you 2 guys have free cups ."
