Fair Ridge Swimming Pool and Club House

Fair Ridge Swimming Pool and Club House is a premier recreational facility located at 12238 Apple Orchard Court in Fairfax, Virginia, United States. Our institution offers a variety of amenities for residents, including a swimming pool, tennis/pickleball court, and clubhouse.

We recently became aware of an issue regarding the application of late fees and late letters, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured, we are working to rectify this issue promptly. Please note that the assessment amount is still due by March 31st to avoid late fees.

For access to the tennis/pickleball court, residents will now need to pick up a key from Cardinal Management Group, Inc. at 3704 Golf Trail Lane and sign a release form. The key issuance fee is $15, with $15 refundable upon return of the key.

Additionally, the Fair Ridge Recreation Association's 2024 assessment payment is due by February 1st to avoid late fees. The Board of Directors will hold its monthly meeting on April 10 via Zoom.

We are excited to announce upcoming landscape improvements around the pool clubhouse and look forward to a safe and enjoyable pool season. To access pool passes, residents can register their household online.

Furthermore, we have installed "Little Free Libraries" throughout the community, stocked with books for residents to enjoy. We encourage the community to support the mission of the Little Free Library organization by sharing and exchanging books.
