She booked private transportation for us, and many private tours (Vatican, Coliseum, Pompei, private boat tour to Capri, Amalfi Coast, and a gastronomic tour). The guides and drivers she booked for us were top notch! The trip was perfect, and we were so happy we had Rachel to help us - every detail was taken care of, and we had an app that informed us of our schedule and contact information each day. I plan on using Rachel to plan future trips for us. She is great, and so easy to work with!!"
