"I have been here quite a few times and always forget to take pics of the food! Tonight, I took a piece of sushi before remembering to snap a pic. We have dined outside with our pup. And tonight we ordered to go as we live very close by. Tonight I ordered the eel avocado roll, spicy tuna roll and spicy white tuna roll. All were really delicious and bigger than I was expecting. I’ve ordered soup, dumplings, appetizers and sushi rolls prior. Have not tried the hibachi… that is next!!! Thanks for great food, great entertainment, great atmosphere and super friendly staff!! Edit to first visit inside: We loved the sushi boat and fried tofu. Drinks were on point as always. Today - Dec 30, 2023. Ordered the Japanese julep and tried the new Seasonal spritz. This is by far the best yet!! If you’re an Aperol spritz lover, this is the cocktail for you. Also - Get the new egg rolls!!!"

"Saw this trendy looking Hibachi as I was headed to dinner in Bethlehem. Me and my family decided to give a try! The atmosphere is good it was a full house music was good, nice art around the restaurant. The service was great, fast and accurate. We had a pink lady roll which I forgot to snap a pic of but was great, we had the fried calamari also that was ok. I had the steak and scallops hibachi. The steak was great the scallops not so much! My husband had the hibachi steak and lobster he loved it! It was definitely a lot of food we had the fried ice cream it was just ok! Since the majority of the food was good I gave 4 stars but I was on the edge of a 3 stars!!!"

"Other Hibachi restaurants need to watch this place! Steak & Steel Hibachi has set the bar and it’s high. This is the best hibachi in terms of show and food quality since prior to COVID. There were three of us and we all ended up getting Filet and Shrimp hibachi meals. All came out exactly as ordered and was delicious. The filet was tender and not stringy, the shrimp were of good quality and did not have that ‘we just pulled them from the freezer’ taste. The idles and fried rice both had good flavor and the portions were good. The clear broth soup not anything to write home about and prob the same for the salad- but who comes for soup and salad? My friend ordered the eel sashimi app and she said it was prob among the best she has ever had. I had the Lychee martini x2 - it was that good! Our waitress Andrea was awesome and very attentive - could not have asked for a better server! The portions were large and I ended up taking food home. We will def make this out go to spot in the future esp since the hibachi we normally hit up in Center Valley is spotty quality! Def make a stop here for hibachi and sushi! Update 09.16.23: we have been here 3x already and every time is better than the last! The food is excellent quality, the show is unbeatable, and the service impeccable. We always come earlier in the day which is perfect. Our server Abby was fun and very friendly. Our chef (although I don’t know his name) was awesome - he really got into his show during dinner and was super friendly. We have dined at other hibachi and it usually good with one thing but not the other but this place does it right! Every experience will be different for everyone but this place has consistently been great from opening day until now!"

"I saw all the great reviews and decided to stop in for lunch this afternoon with a buddy to give this place a shot….But boy, we’re we both disappointed. It started out with the hostess making us wait over 5 minutes to be seated. Apparently picking up the phone and taking lunch orders were more of a priority then the people standing directly in front of her. The food itself was good but my buddy and I payed $18.00 bucks each for the hibachi lunch combo special. As you can see the picture, that was the portion shared between us both. One piece of meat. Really? Extremely stingy. At best these were kids meals at any other hibachi house. I’d never spend another dime at this place."

"We had such a wonderful time! We went to celebrate my son's birthday. Made reservations about a week prior for a Wednesday night. Not sure if we needed them but we like to play it safe. We were seated promptly and our waitress was with us just moments later. We didn't wait long before our soup and salads arrived. We've had hibachi many times but this was our first time here. The salad dressing was AMAZING! By far the best hibachi dressing. We were given the perfect amount of time to finish our soup and salad before our chef came out. Most of us had the chicken hibachi but my son had the shrimp hibachi. We were also given the option of fried rice, noodles or both. Not an option we see very often. The food was delicious! But the entertainment was outstanding. Our chef had us laughing and amazed by what he could do! My son didn't want any attention drawn to him for his birthday so they respected his wishes and still brought him fried ice cream, which was devoured!"
