Domino's Pizza 19 East 3rd Street, Bethlehem, PA 18015

"This is obviously a chain restaurant, so you know what you are getting so I have no comments on the food, but a comment on the incredible customer service and the manager- whose name I do not recall, and what they did for us. My husband and I ordered a pizza on New Year's Eve. We ordered it early so we could avoid the traffic and people on the south side on New Year's Eve. We had to go pick it up, even though this is the closet location to us, they are outside of our delivery area. Leaving the traffic in South Bethlehem was starting to get backed up since everyone was pouring in for New Years events. When we got home the pizza was wrong and had pepperoni instead of pepperoncini. I called the store, but by then the dinner rush was starting, I could hear it over the phone. They offered us a new pizza, but even though we live close we did not want to drive across the bridge and deal with the crowds by that point. Instead of issuing a store credit the manager said "do not worry about it, you're outside of our delivery area, but the mistakes was ours and we will fix it.' They sent us a new pizza, no charge and added in dessert for us. The delivery man was extremely polite and did not want to accept a tip until we insisted. We do not order out often, and this was our first time ordering Domino's but this location just earned loyal customers. Customer service is so hard to find anymore and this experience restored our faith that it does still exist. Thank you!"

"my fiance placed an online order for two pizzas. order was cancelled randomly, okay no problem. we waited 20ish minutes on hold, only to be hung up on after an employee finally picked up the phone. highly unprofessional and most likely will not be ordering from this location again. we only wanted to know why it was cancelled. do not recommend at this point in time."

"This was from last night. I had lived here for six years and ordered pizza from all over the places and of course we would get burnt pizza or missing items but I had never ever experienced this! Ordered lava cakes (it’s good) and apparently someone must have enjoyed it!! I can’t believed I even ate one slice! What if this person touched it!? I called and complained and yet they didn’t believed me. They came back with another one and I shoved that eaten one to them to show the manager. Never again."
