Gold's Gym

"I’ve been going to this facility for 20 years, and some equipment has not been updated for 20 years. Clean facility, minimal updated equipment-minimal! I use this facility because it’s convenient and I have to, not because it’s inviting. This gym is far far from inviting. Ohhh, and the tvs play the same duplicated sports channels and old 90s tv shows New management, updated equipment. Surveys are good, action would be far better!"

"My experience has exceeded my expectations. The instructors are all exceptional, energetic and enthusiastic. I enjoy all the classes. My fellow gym members are friendly and helpful."

"I only use the gym for group exercise classes, so my review is based on those classes and cleanliness of the women's restroom, common areas near the entrance, and the room where classes are held. The classes are excellent and I love that there are many options. I especially love Step and Tone with Glay Adams and Zumba with Essie Bell. Areas of the gym that I use are well maintained and clean. Staff and other patrons are friendly and welcoming. I've been a member of this gym for over 10 years and have always had a great experience. One small suggestion I have is to maybe store the bikes for the spin classes in an area outside of the group exercise room. The classes I attend are very popular, and storing the bikes elsewhere would free up some space for others to participate."

"Bowie facility needs TLC. Many areas require wall repair and painting. There is alot of very old equipment in this gym that does not get regular maintenance (oil, tuneup, etc...Cleanliness is good but towels dispensers are often empty throughout gym during peak times. Music is good. Not enough cable machines."

"Great! Great! Great! Equipments are awesome for every muscle fiber in the body. Staff courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. But... There are only 3 clocks in the gym. If one are not on the treadmill or working legs, one can't see the clocks. There ought to be clocks in every area. Also there disinfectant/ towel deserts in many sections."
