Emissions & VA Inspection

"Showed up with 26 minutes to spare before they close and the guy tells me to come back after I drove 30 minutes for an inspection. Update: He agreed to inspect the vehicle."

"He has to put some notes about the lunch break online, so everyone knows they are closed. I drove a long way relying on his online status, but now I have to wait 1 hour till they're open again"

"As another reviewer stated, they refused to provide a state re-inspection for a vehicle that failed inspection at another location. When asked why, they said if the car fails again the customer could refuse to pay. When offered to pay upfront and in cash, they still refused and recommended the BP station down the road. The BP gas station up the road was much more accommodating, did the inspection and even refused to take any money if it failed. A vehicle rejected by one station may be reinspected by another station if the owner desires to have this done; however, that station shall perform a complete inspection of the vehicle."

"Have shown up twice about 40 minutes before scheduled closing time and been turned away. If you're in a bind and have to come here, go in the middle of the day (unless they're out to lunch!)."

"I have gotten gas and Emissions for my car the past three years at the same location at the Liberty Service Station in Hybla Valley. It's clean. The employees are courteous. If it takes driving a few miles from home to get there (while passing other stations along the way) it's worth it."
