"This was the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Waited almost an hour to finally get seated. While waiting, everyone that came in after me got sat. After finally voicing out, I was told the only option they have for me is to order off the QR code & someone will bring out our food. We did not even receive the bare minimum. We ordered off the QR code and no one asked if we needed anything. But instead the lady who brought out our food came & said to close out when done she’s leaving for the day. There was no napkins, straws or even plate given to us. We got our own drink refills from the drink fountain on the left side of the restaurant. The manager was even worst to begin with."

"This location was awful. The hostess did not take us to our seats but pointed to tables we can sit at. No menus or utensils given we had to ask for them. My husband had to wait over 10 minutes to get his draft beer. We ordered 10 wings and a burger to come out at once. Wings came out first cold and had to ask about my burger after 20 minutes of waiting. We were told they were still working on it. Huh? How long does it take to make a burger? As we were getting up to leave it finally came out. Wish we would have left. Fries were cold and burger bun was hard as a rock. Couldn’t even eat it. The only props I will give is to our server Isaiah who was hustling and trying his best. All other staff couldn’t be bothered. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. WORSE PLACE EVER!"

"This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. We did not even receive the bare minimum. As we were waiting an hour plus for our food, staff was eating behind the bar, pouring drinks into their plastic water bottles. We ordered off the QR code and no one asked if we needed anything or got our soda order for 45 minutes after asking multiple staff. It took 30 minutes to process the refund and the staff laughed during it. As the Texan said next to us”the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in the nation”."

"Worst location I have ever been to. Place was half empty, and my party of 6 was told 15 minutes. Fine, I guess. 45 minutes later - still no table. Even though several tables finished, they weren't ready - as they weren't cleared/cleaned yet. Really disappointed as a long time bww fan, who has done the challenge over 10x throughout the years to not be able to dine here. Dont think I will be back here when im in the area again."

"The service was great, our waitress/bartender was awesome and very personable. The food was on point and the drinks were just right. Hadn't been to this BWW in a while but I'm glad we picked this one."
