The process of contacting the insurance was seamless. After having my car repaired I was very satisfied with the quality of work. The paint was a perfect match, flushed tight fitment following the factory lines. Really could not tell even where my car was hit. To top it off, they did a full interior/exterior wash/wax that had a ceramic coating in it that left the car with the showroom shine. Highly recommend this shop!"

They very well communicated my preferences with my insurance (genuine, new parts), and all impacted parts were replaced with new, genuine (OEM). It took just 20 days (from the time I took the car to the collection day), and exactly what was told on day one. It helped me a lot with planning my rental car arrangements. Quality of work (painting, adjustment) was excellent.
