"I went to DARCARS Nissan Rockville Service Center last year to check the noise from the engine for my Altima 2015. The technician did the computer reading and did not find anything. They suggested I flushed transmission oil. I did what they suggested and costed me about $500. Then they said the noise comes from the transmission and I may need to replace it soon. A few months later, I went to a local auto shop to check the noise. They found out the noise came from the loose heat shields and reattached them. The noise was gone. It costed me $50. Dealership does not mean you can trust with their service. I would not recommend DARCARS Nissan Rockville Service Center!"

I wish the person answering the phones communicated more with the mechanics as I brought my car before a certain time based on what I was told on the phone and when I arrived, I was told they could not see me because they had just one mechanic and 5 other cats needed an oil change. They try to see everyone as soon as they can but waiting at the front door for 10-15 mins before service is certainly not acceptable."
